HOAS (Helsingin seudun opiskelija-asuntosäätiö) ονομάζεται ο κρατικός μηχανισμός παροχής στέγης σε φοιτητές που σπουδάζουν στο Ελσίνκι, την πρωτεύουσας της Φινλανδίας.
